To visit: the entrance of the Gibraltar Blockhaus, the 1st Australian Division Memorial, the Windmill Site, the Tank Monument and the British cemetery (classified as World Heritage) and its Memorial for the Missing.
Unusual : since July 2017, a Memorial pays tribute to the thousands of animals that suffered or died during the battles of the Somme.
They served as messengers, mascots, or to give materials as close as the first front line... A total of 9 million animals died during the First World War.
